Return & Refund Policy – Sentinel

At Sentinel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrances, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

Returns are not accepted if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or tested

  • The seal or packaging has been broken

  • The change of mind after delivery

  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product quality

2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a return or refund.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

3. Proof Required

To process your return request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or video of the product

  • Original order number

  • Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

Without proper proof, Sentinel reserves the right to decline the request.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa (as applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank or wallet only.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Wrong item delivered

Exchanges depend on stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Sentinel will bear the shipping cost

  • If the issue is not valid, the customer will bear all shipping charges

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Tester products

  • Sale or discounted items

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
